Reasons to dance

Some times exercising can feel like a chore, but not at our dance classes! There’s always something new going on at each of our classes and we always try our best to cater for every person in the class.

Dancing allows us to:

  • Lose weight
  • Tone muscle
  • Meet new people
  • Improve co-ordination and balance
  • Improve physical and mental health
  • Enjoy exercise, have fun and learn something new
