Working on those splits

We always make sure we warm up correctly by starting with our pulse raiser, then moving on to our static stretches and isolation moves. Focusing on good technique and alignment is vitally important for the health and safety of our dancers from our tiny tots to our adults class.

We’ve been working especially hard in our team training class and our latest team goal is to get every one into splits by the end of March! A hard goal but with dedication and team encouragement I know they can make it.
